I had two projects to be done.  The first one involved repair of a cracked and leaking drain in my shower stall, which had caused a leak in the ceiling of the closet below, and had also caused tiles in the shower to come loose.  The second project involved tearing out all the carpeting on the downstairs level of the house, hauling it away, and replacing it completely with the new padding and carpeting.

Both projects were expertly completed by Johnee and his team.  The bathroom drain issue was repaired to perfection - new drain installed, all tiles replaced & re-grouted, leaky ceiling below cut out, re-drywalled & re-painted.  The new carpeting downstairs looks wonderful.  The work was done in just a few days, and was done with care and expertise.  I couldn't have been any happier.
